Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect through relogid.com, why we need it, on what legal basis we process it, and what rights you have as a data subject.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller of personal data within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR) is:

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as our activities do not meet the criteria of Article 37 GDPR. For any question about how we handle your data, write to the address above.
2. What data we collect
Data you submit through the enquiry form. Depending on the type of enquiry, this is:
- for companies — company name, contact person, email, phone, number of employees to be relocated, and free-text comment;
- for individuals — name, email, phone, whether you are relocating alone or with family, and free-text comment.
The comment is a free-text field. Please do not include special category data (Article 9 GDPR) such as health information, religious beliefs or political opinions. If such information matters for your case, we will request it separately and agree the legal basis for processing it with you.
Technical data. Our hosting provider automatically records server log data: IP address, browser type, date and time of the request. These records are necessary to operate and secure the website.
Questions from the blog. If you ask a question under an article, we receive your name, email and the text of your question. These enquiries are not published on the site — they come to us, and the answer is sent to your email.
Cookieless visit data. We keep an anonymous count of visits: how many people opened a page, which source they came from, which country and device type. Individual visitors are not identified, no cookies are set and no profiles are built. This runs at all times and requires no consent.
Data from Google and Yandex counters. If you have given consent, counters from Google and Yandex.Metrica are loaded. They store an identifier in your browser and collect information about how you reached the site and which pages you opened. We need this to understand which advertising campaigns bring enquiries. Without your consent these counters are not loaded. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Completing the form is voluntary. However, without contact details we cannot reply to your enquiry or prepare an estimate — that is the only consequence of not providing them.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. Your data is processed by our service providers:
- Vercel Inc. (USA) — website hosting, processing of submitted forms and anonymous traffic statistics, acting as our processor.
- Telegram Messenger — we receive notifications of new enquiries through this service, so the content of your enquiry is transmitted to it.
- Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd — corporate email on the relogid.com domain, where correspondence is conducted by email.
- Google Ireland Ltd and Google LLC — with your consent only: visit statistics and attribution of enquiries coming from Google advertising.
- Yandex LLC — with your consent only: attribution of enquiries coming from Yandex Direct advertising.
Until you give consent, the page makes no request to any third-party server: the typeface, the styling and the anonymous statistics script are all served from our own domain. Third-party counters appear in the page only after consent and are removed if you withdraw it.
Data may be disclosed to public authorities where required by law.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
Some of the providers listed above are located outside the European Economic Area, primarily in the United States. We carry out such transfers on the basis of the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or other mechanisms provided for in Chapter V GDPR, including, where applicable, the provider's participation in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
On Yandex.Metrica specifically: data is transferred to Russia, for which the European Commission has issued no adequacy decision. Such a transfer is possible only on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses together with a transfer impact assessment, and it takes place solely with your explicit consent. If you have not given it, or have withdrawn it, no transfer occurs.

6. How long we keep data
- Enquiries that do not lead to a project — up to 12 months from the last contact.
- Client data where a contract has been signed — for the term of the contract and thereafter for the retention periods required by Cypriot law for accounting and related records.
- Questions from the blog — up to 12 months after we reply, then deleted. You may ask us to delete an enquiry sooner.
- Server logs — in line with our hosting provider's retention periods, as a rule no longer than 30 days.
Once the period expires, data is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
Under Chapter III GDPR you have the right to:
- access your data and obtain a copy of it (Art. 15);
- have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16);
- have your data erased (Art. 17);
- request restriction of processing (Art. 18);
- receive your data in a machine-readable format and transmit it to another controller (Art. 20);
- object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21);
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent — this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Consent to the Google and Yandex counters can be withdrawn without writing to us: use the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page. Withdrawal takes effect from the next page load and does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.
To exercise the remaining rights, write to privacy@relogid.com. We respond within one month of receiving your request. Where a request is complex, the period may be extended by a further two months; we will inform you and explain the reason.
8. Complaints to a supervisory authority
If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Cyprus this is the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.cy). You may also contact the authority in your country of residence or the place of the alleged infringement.
9. Automated decision-making
We do not take decisions producing legal effects concerning you based solely on automated processing, and we do not carry out profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
10. Security
The website is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiries is limited to staff who need it to work on your case. Access tokens for the services we use are stored in a protected environment variable store and are not published in the website code.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always available at this address, and the date of the last change is shown at the top of the page. We will notify you by email of material changes affecting your rights, where we hold your contact details.
