Immigration Only
The immigration part alone: choosing the legal ground, preparing the document set, filing and obtaining the status.
End-to-end relocation to Cyprus
Tell us who needs to move and when — the route, the paperwork, housing and banking are on us. One manager runs the whole case.
You hand over the list of people and the deadlines. We take on the whole process, keep the budget in one place and report on every case.
Your teams do not need to learn Cypriot procedures or chase paperwork by hand — that is our job.
A transparent estimate for the entire group and agreed timelines for every stage — no surprises mid-project.
A single point of contact instead of separate threads with lawyers, estate agents and banks.
You tell us who is moving and when. We prepare the route, the paperwork, housing and banking — and stay with your family until everything is up and running.
The case is handled confidentially, without extra intermediaries. You step in only where you have to.
Spouse, children, school, health insurance, housing — planned and filed together, not piece by piece.
One person with you from the first call to the finished result. Not a call centre, not a shared inbox.
Five steps from the first conversation to a completed move.
We go through the inputs: who is moving, on what timeline, which status is needed and what constraints apply.
We prepare a map of the case — the optimal route, how long each stage takes and what it will cost.
We collect and prepare the full set: translations, apostilles, certificates, applications. Everything is checked before filing.
We file the documents, accompany you to appointments and at the airport, and resolve issues on arrival.
We close the final steps — housing, bank, registration — and hand the case over with the complete document pack.
Ways of working for individuals and for companies.
The immigration part alone: choosing the legal ground, preparing the document set, filing and obtaining the status.
Status plus the practical side of the move: housing, a bank account, insurance, registration and the first steps on the ground.
Moving as a family: statuses for spouse and children, school or nursery, healthcare and housing sized for the family.
The most discreet format: priority timelines, personal support at every stage and handling of individual requests.
A one-off project to relocate a group of employees: one estimate, a schedule and reporting on every case.
A permanent external mobility function: we handle your ongoing flow of moves and requests.

The questions we hear most often. If yours is not here, ask through the form below and we will answer for your case.
The timeline has three parts: preparing documents, filing, and the review itself. The first is usually the longest — translations, apostilles and certificates are obtained in the country that issued them, and that is where weeks are most often lost. The review follows the migration service’s own schedule and is outside anyone’s control. At the briefing we give the timeline for your specific route and fix it in the Case Map.
With choosing the legal ground, not with collecting papers. The ground on which you obtain your status — employment, your own company, financial independence, family reunification, study — determines the document set, the timeline, and the rights the status gives you. People often start gathering documents before choosing the route, and end up collecting half of them twice.
The common core is much the same across grounds: passport, proof of the chosen ground, a criminal record certificate, health insurance, proof of accommodation, and evidence of income or funds. Beyond that the set diverges by ground. Legalisation is work in its own right: translations, apostilles, and the expiry dates of certificates that run out while the rest is still being collected.
The budget has three parts: mandatory government fees, third-party services (translations, apostilles, insurance, rent, banking) and our own support. The first two depend on the ground and the size of the family, so naming a figure before the briefing would mean inventing it. After the briefing you get one estimate for the whole case, with no additions along the way.
Yes. A spouse and minor children normally travel as dependants of the main applicant. The family has to be counted from the very start: its composition drives the income requirements, the housing, the insurance and the timeline. We run the family as a single case rather than separate applications, and plan school or nursery from the outset where children are of school age.
Some steps require you in person — biometrics at the very least. We plan the trip so that one visit covers as much as possible: filing, the bank, viewing accommodation, registration. Anything that can be done remotely or by power of attorney, we do without you.
Cypriot banks check the source of funds and the applicant’s connection to the country, so an account is not opened automatically. We prepare the bank pack in advance, in parallel with the immigration one, so there is no gap between receiving your status and having a working account.
First we establish why. A significant share of refusals are procedural: an incomplete set, an expired certificate, a document in the wrong format. Those are fixed and refiled. A refusal on the merits is a different conversation — then we rebuild the ground. If we see a weak point in your case, we say so at the briefing rather than later.
A lawyer handles documents, an agent handles housing, a bank handles the account — and each is responsible only for their own piece. The joints between them usually end up on you. We hold the whole case: one manager owns the entire route, including the points where one stage depends on another.
Yes. For a one-off relocation of a group of employees there is Corporate Mobility Project — one estimate, a schedule and reporting on every person. For a continuous flow of moves there is Mobility Desk: we act as your external mobility function and take the task off HR and Legal.
Tell us about your case — we will come back with a Case Map: route, timeline and budget.
